● 150 Keys / year : 1st time booking of New Members
●450 Nights/ year: Ongoing bookings of existing Members & other B2B sources.
☆ Allotted inventory will be available for online booking, upto 7 days of Check-in date only. Thereafter booking has to be confirmed manually, after checking availability with the Resort partner incase of bulk bookings or any other important requirement on a specific date, can cancel the room nights aloted to Luxury Escapes and shift it to a future date.

Usage Terms
☆Discounted room rates for the alloted 600 nights will be prefixed.
☆Exclusive rates provided for members will be completely opaque, not displayed on any website and total confidentiality will be maintained.
☆Resort partners enjoys location exclusivity, and we can tieup with other resorts in that location, to fulfill incremental demand, only after their refusal.
☆No additional Platform listing Fees to be paid by Resort partner.
☆No credit transaction. 100% upfront payment, to be settled to resort, before Checkin.
☆Resort partners have the option to increase their allocated nights in either category to optimize your usable inventory and maximise your revenue.
☆Resort partners, can provide additional offers and privileges to members on F&B and other amenities to drive traffic on weekdays and off season.
